1) Why did you choose the “concertina” pattern over the Taiwanese pattern?
Although our chosen pattern is more work-intensive, it offers a better fit to faces of all
shapes and sizes, especially over the nose and mouth with breathability being a key element.
2) Why do you not print your masks but offer a sewn in label?
The ink would interfere with the weave of the cotton and add a synthetic area on the mask where negative particles can become trapped.
3) Why do you only use 100% cotton fabrics?
Polyester, Nylon and other synthetic fabrics trap moisture and negative particles, mask must be breathable so air can flow through your mask offering breathability for you an your skin. The D15 filter is what stops 95% of micro droplets 5 micron and above.
